If it's about an order you've placed

We'd help if we could, and we know it's frustrating to be sent somewhere else. But we're a review site — we don't take orders, hold stock or ship parcels, so we genuinely have no way to see anyone's order or change it.

The people who can are the seller. Their contact details are on your order confirmation email and in their terms. If you can't find them, send us the product name and we'll dig out the right address for you — that part we can do.

On whether a supplement is right for you: that one really is a question for your GP or pharmacist, and they'll give you a better answer than we could.
